seeing blues speaking jazz

I was asked, by the Stroud Arts Festival, to show an exhibition of photographs with a jazz theme and decided that I would have only ten images made but print them big.
The ten photographs were a little over one meter square and were hung alongside  ten four line scats of the same size. The four line poems were all written by people who performed jazz or had a special interest in the music. Jeff Cloves, himself a great jazz enthusiast, organised these contributions and wrote a text to bind the thing together. A CD sized book was designed by Paul Welch to keep the exhibition alive once it’s time on the wall was done.

The book sold out and the only way to see it now is to click on this link
